North Carolina native Connye Florance is a premier jazz vocalist and storyteller, known for her warm tone, impeccable phrasing, and deep, expressive  connection with audiences. Southern Artistry & Tennessee Arts Commission proudly endorsed Connye in 2017  as “Esteemed Southern Artist”.

 

With a career that includes performances on and off Broadway, touring with Columbia Artists; and nationally with her one-woman show, “Jazz Rhapsody”, she has been featured in major motion pictures and commercials, on more than 27 recordings, has received accolades for "Jazz Vocalist of the Year "; Nashville Grammy (NAMMY) Nomination for Album of The Year, (Turn My Heart)  Fans call her performances "Transformative".
